Sometimes we find ourselves changing the same option time and time again, whether it is the size of a document, the colour of the headlines or the width of the columns.
To make things easier with InDesign you can set all of these functions to a default of your choosing, meaning you won’t have to change everything every time you begin a new document.
To set up InDesign how you want it, simply make sure you have no documents open and then set things how you’d like them to be. Now whenever you create a new document your initial settings will be just as you have made them here.
It’s another brilliant tip from Print Colchester!
